It’s time for my last autumn coloured post, because I already have some winter collections over here, and I will start swatching them soon! 🙂 For my last autumn inspired nail art I have chose four different polishes from the OPI Washington DC collection and I have created an autumn forest nail art. Hope you will enjoy it!
OPI Washington DC – Autumn Forest Nail Art
I have chosen to work with different OPI shades for this manicure. OPI – Suzy – The First Lady of Nails is a perfect forest/military green nail polish, so I decided to use it as a base for all the nails except my ring finger. On this one, I have used OPI – Pale to the Chief, which is actually a part of my Washington DC mini set (and is so cute – I just love those tiny little OPI bottles!). For the design I used a nail vinyls from the best nail art supplies store What’s Up Nails and my freehand. 🙂 The vinyls are quite big, so I use only one for both of my ring finger. I simply cut them in two pieces, and the lenght is perfect, because my nails are not too long. I sponged over the vinyl a gradient using another two stunning OPI polishes from the already mentioned OPI Washington DC collection: Yank My Doodle and Squeaker Of The House. The tree trunk design is freehanded with my detail brush from Born Pretty Store using Mundo de Unas Taupe stamping polish. I was looking for a really opaque nude to work with and I think this one worked good. I finished the manicure with one coat of Poshe top coat.
I really hope you have enjoyed my last autumn manicure this year! I am glad it’s coming to an end, because I love winter and everything winter related! Do you want to see some winter nail art soon? 🙂 Stay tuned!
